Laurie Boudreau of St-Joseph passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, November 23rd, 2006 at the age of 86.
 Born in Boudreau Village, he was the son of the late Denis Boudreau and the late Olive Landry. He worked as a custodian at the Université de Moncton until his retirement and was a member of the Golden Age Club of Pré-d'en-Haut.
He is survived by his wife Bertha (Bourgeois) Boudreau; two daughters, Bernadette (Jerry) Thomas of Victoria, BC, and Denise (Ronald) Bourgeois of Old Shediac Rd; two sons, Charles (Hélène) Boudreau and Michel (Danielle) Boudreau both of Dieppe; one brother, Irénée (late Edna) Boudreau of St-Joseph, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four sisters, Alma, Agathe, Emélie and Edna; five brothers, Aurèle, Denis, Edgar, Amédée and Yvon.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, with theFuneral Mass to be held at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut on Monday, November 27th, 2006 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery.
